Wrestler Info[/b]
Real Name: Leanne Mirasol Fontanilla Evangelista
Ring Name: Evangelista
Nickname: The Prodigal Daughter
General Information[/b]
Gender: Female
Age: 23
Height: 5'1"
Weight: 135lbs
Hometown: Liverpool
Billed From: St. Helens, England
Alignment: Face
Pic Base: Mutya Buena
Ring Attire: Strappy top, long tights, boots and full length armbands, all in black with vibrant, multicoloured paint spatter effect. The armbands have coloured ribbons hanging from them which stream out like wings when she performs a high flying move. Subtle makeup, hair tied back in a ponytail.
Style: British/Canadian hybrid technician. Her default strategy is to chain together joint locks and transitional/leverage holds into stretches or takedowns to weaken the opponent's body. She also has a pretty good striking game, and is a functionally capable high-flier. Her height/weight ratio makes her pretty strong, so she favours grapples against women as well as men up to the cruiserweight mark. Against heavyweights, she switches to a hit-n-run flying strategy, but she's not as good at that as she is at grappling. She is focused and stubborn, and has decent ring awareness, but is not above falling for shenanigans and distractions.
Preferred Weapon: None, she hates being in hardcore matches.
Preferred Match: Regular rules, iron man or 2/3 falls.
Move Set[/b]
Finisher 1

Background Info
Years of Experience: 3
Biography: Leanne Evangelista was just another young woman with no direction in life. After dropping out of college before completing her A-levels, she got a job in Tesco after a period of unemployment. She settled into a routine of depression and boredom, with all her spare money going on partying and getting tattoos.
Through her tattooist, she met pro wrestler, rock star and ex-MMA fighter Mark Chapman, and through him, a number of current and former stars of the wrestling ring including Baby Dogg, Amy Ngoudje, Damien Synn and Morgan Greene. Their stories of life on the road inspired her to do something more with her life, and she decided to follow them into wrestling. She persuaded work to transfer her to another branch, and spent every free evening in the gym or the training ring.
Thanks to additional training from her new friends, and a previously unrealised gift for fighting, Leanne quickly established herself as the brightest potential star in training. She became close to another standout, Laurel Yunokawa, as even though they didn't have much in common superficially, they understood each other well on a deeper level. With the backing of Mark and Amy, Laurel and Leanne landed tryouts with Global Extreme Wrestling, and were referred to the Battlegrounds Academy in Ontario, run by former World Champion Shane Tallin and his wife Nikki.
The girls eventually made their pro debut in GEW as a tag team, aligned with the mysterious new Asylum faction, courtesy of their friend and fellow trainee Serena Raine. The Asylum waged war on GEW, declaring that the company had become soft and decadent, and that The Asylum would save it from itself by destroying it. Leanne also signed with Championship Wrestling Federation, who were trying to rebuild their women's division.
When the CWF women's division collapsed, Leanne persuaded management to let her into the men's ranks, with the help of a cocky young rising star named Jay Pride. Taking Leanne on as his protegé, Jay guided Leanne to multiple championship reigns, and the pair also signed with FRONTIER in the UK where they were named 2011's Tag Team of the Year and scored an upset win over multi-time MWA World Champions Sean McBride and John Patrick.
Thanks in part to The Asylum's efforts, GEW closed down in summer 2011. Leanne continued to fight in FRONTIER and CWF until mounting injuries forced her to take some time off. She returned in January 2013, re-signing with FRONTIER, this time with Laurel at her side. The young team answered an open challenge by The CarnEvil Connection in WARPED, and that initially professional rivalry soon turned bitterly personal. Leanne and Laurel managed to upset the veterans for the WARPED Tag Team Championship, their first title together. Shortly after this, they were selected as FRONTIER's representatives in the inaugural HEW T3 event.
